I'm in the process of updating my resume so that I can circulate it and find another job. 95% of management from corporate down is either actively hostile or incompetently indifferent to the actual workforce on our site, and I can't take it anymore.

Charles (and Josh, if you read this), there's something you should know.
I proposed to my girlfriend, Erika, this morning at about 12:40 am (after we both got off work).
She said, "Yes!".
So...yeah...I may have disappeared off the face of the earth (apologies for that), but I met someone there I love.
