work that tastes good

I had no idea how much work it is to juice enough lemons to make a gallon of lemonade. Yes, it does taste better than the frozen concentrate, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle, unless you just happen to have lemons sitting around that need to be used for something before they go bad. I know it's not cost-effective, what with a bag of lemons running around $2, plus the cost of sugar and water, where the concentrate is anywhere from ten cents to $1 and takes a lot less time.

Heidi:

It's probably worth the hassle every once in a while. :)

charles:

It's definitely worth it now. I got to come home from work and drink lemonade that tastes exactly the way I want it to.

Scott:

It's even better when you slice up 2# of strawberries to go in that fresh squeezed lemonaid... mmmm mmmmm. Now THAT is worth it.
