When I was little[0], my favorite cereal was Cap'n Crunch[1]. Today, I was surprised to discover that the Cap'n was actually a product of the same animators that dreamed up Rocky and Bullwinkle. This site even tells you what the names of Cap'n Crunch's four children and his dog are. Go check it out; there is info on a lot of cartoons, comics, and the like in every aspect of American culture for a very long time back, and it brings back a lot of good memories.

[1] It was good enough that I didn't even mind the way it shredded the roof of my mouth every other time I ate it.

For some reason, I liked it a little soggy...probably because you get the same great taste without the mouth-shredding goodness.
Occasionally I painfully ate the stuff dry, though.
